1. About these terms
These terms apply when you browse or use hsehq.com (and related Cloudflare Pages hosts for this sales site). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
HSEHQ is a trading name. Entity and registered address details are pending confirmation and will be reflected in our privacy notice and these terms when confirmed.
2. What this site is (and isn’t)
This is a marketing and information site for an operations portal aimed at UK construction and contracting SMEs. Content is provided in good faith for general information.
- It is not legal advice, and nothing on this site creates a consultancy engagement.
- We do not warrant that using HSEHQ (or reading this site) will achieve any particular Health & Safety Executive (HSE) compliance outcome.
- Always check current HSE guidance and take advice appropriate to your work.
These website terms are not a full MSA. If you buy a paid licence, separate order terms or a contract may apply.
3. Pricing, licences and trials
List prices on the pricing page are annual company licence figures in GBP. Current public display (exclusive of VAT until VAT display rules are confirmed):

- Optional Business £1,999 / year
- Enterprise from £4,500 / year
- Site packs £99 / site / year on Starter & Basic
There is no card checkout on this site yet. Early customers may be invoiced after a demo or waitlist conversation. Joining the 14-day Pro trial waitlist does not provision a paid subscription or tenant automatically.
4. Enquiries and accounts
When you submit the demo form you confirm the details are accurate so far as you know. We may decline or pause enquiries that appear abusive, automated or misleading.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt its availability
- Scrape the site aggressively or in a way that harms service for others
- Submit knowingly false enquiry details
- Use the site to send unlawful, harmful or spam content
6. Intellectual property
Site design, copy, branding and software descriptions are owned by HSEHQ or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation. You may not copy the site for a competing product, republish substantial content without permission, or remove notices.
7. Limitation of liability
This site is aimed primarily at business users (B2B SMEs). To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We exclude liability for decisions made solely on the basis of marketing copy on this site
- We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law
- Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to a reasonable amount relating to your use of the marketing site (not any separate paid licence contract)
If any consumer rights apply despite the B2B focus of the product, those statutory rights are not affected where they cannot be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms for ongoing browsing.
